How often do you service the portable restrooms and handwash stations?
Cleaning services can be scheduled either once or twice a week for long-term rentals. If you have an emergency, we can also schedule an additional cleaning service for an extra charge.
How far in advance do I need to place my portable toilet or handwash station order?
To ensure product availability, we ask for a 24-48 hour lead time in most cases. However, we can sometimes fulfill rush orders (same day) for an extra fee. Please contact us for more info!
What happens if my portable toilet gets tipped over?
Call us for immediate service, and we will send a restroom attendant to your location to clean and sanitize the toilet. These services are provided at an extra charge.
Can I reschedule once I place an order?

Where does the waste go after the toilet has been serviced?
The waste is transported to a local wastewater facility and disposed of according to the regulations and procedures required by local ordinances.
